Your privacy
Privacy and cookies
The BMW limousine service website is operated by Jiří Kralert, Business ID 08661995. For privacy questions, email info@bmwlimousineservice.cz or call +420 720 994 486.
Your cookie preferences
The website uses essential storage to remember your choice. Optional analytics is disabled by default. You can allow it, reject it or change your choice at any time using Cookie settings. Rejection does not affect browsing or arranging a journey.
What is stored on your device
Your choice is stored in a cookie and local storage under the name bmwLimousineCookieConsent. It contains your analytics consent or rejection, the time of your choice and its validity. It expires after 180 days; making a new choice renews this period. It is not used as an advertising identifier.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, through Google Tag Manager to measure website traffic. Analytics loads only after consent. Its purpose is to understand visits and website usage; you can withdraw consent at any time. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation remain disabled.
Once enabled, analytics may record pages viewed, technical device information and clicks on phone or email links. A click is not a confirmed booking. We do not send message contents or enquiry details in analytics events.
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 load only after you consent to analytics. If you reject analytics, these services will not load.
Analytics cookies
Google Analytics 4 uses the cookie _ga to distinguish visitors and a cookie whose name begins with _ga_ to maintain session state. They are stored for this website only after analytics is allowed. According to Google, these cookies have a default lifetime of 2 years; the browser may shorten it or analytics settings may change it. Later visits may renew their lifetime.
The lifetime of browser cookies differs from data retention in Google Analytics, which depends on the service settings and data type. For details of the specific retention settings, contact info@bmwlimousineservice.cz.
For more information, see Google Privacy Policy and Google Analytics cookie overview.
Changing and withdrawing consent
Turn off analytics in Cookie settings and save your choice. If analytics has already loaded, the page reloads to block it from loading again. The website removes accessible analytics cookies with standard Google Analytics names. Withdrawing consent does not delete data already sent.
When you contact us
Phone and email links open the relevant application on your device. This website has no enquiry form. We use the information you provide when arranging a journey to handle your request and any resulting transport.
Questions and rights
Contact Jiří Kralert to request information, access, correction or deletion of personal data, or for other privacy requests. The scope of each right depends on the processing involved. You may also lodge a complaint with Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
